Semifirst specializes in supplying silicon wafers with ALD oxide and metal films, CVD, PVD, and LPCVD films, and patterned wafers filled with various films.
Alongside wafer supply, we custom design CMP parts, provide OEM components, and offer slurry delivery, slurry dispense, and chemical delivery systems. Our custom wet benches support 8-inch and 12-inch wafer processing.
